Some photos from the B grade inline hockey game on 18/08/2024 played at Blackwood Recreation Centre between the top ranked Beavers team and 3rd placed Rockstars.  The Beavers with the formidable Gunter brothers and dominant Jordan Babcock have only lost 3 games this season to date, and they have all been to the Rockstars, who have the youngest player in the league 15 year old, Jordan Kutsche!  This game was a tight one with the Rockstars edging out the Beavers 5-4.  Scoring 2 goals each for the Rockstars were Andrew Weger and Jason Cross, with a single to Isaac Miller.  Sam Gunter scored a hat trick for the Beavers and his brother Tony chimed in for a goal.  A downside of the game was Jordan Babcock being injured and having to leave the game in a bad way.  Shots on goal were 25 for the Rockstars, to 23 for the Beavers.

The A grade game between the Crocs and the Vipers, the 2 top teams followed on from the B grade game.  The Vipers would edge out the Crocs 8-7.  Ben Gerbert and Jordan Geyer scored hat tricks for the Crocs, with Gavin Best scoring 2 goals for the Vipers with a scattering amongst the other players for the other goals.   Shots on goal were 31-a-piece.
