The 3rd quarter started even before Max Leong sent in a long shot from the red line so score one of his cameo goals from defence. With a bit over 5mins to go, Aaron Collier teamed up with dad, Neil Collier to even the score at 3-all. Two mins into the last period Isaac Miller got the Rockstars in front, before a minute and half later Jordan Kutsche, on a breakaway post the Rockstars 6th goal. Jared Lowe would chime in again for another goal to have the Tree Roots behind by 2 with 6mins to play. Rockstars kept their nerve and Max Leong posted another goal, unassisted, with a bit over a minute remaining to seal the deal for the Rockstars 6-4. Max Coleman had 3 assists for the game.
