Selected photos from recent Adelaide Summer League Division2 game between Arctics and Stingrays.  Both teams were at the bottom end of the Division2 ladder going into the game.  Arctics Division1 skater Nicholas Merifeld (and Unicorns Division2 goaltender) would be in the pipes for the Arctics.  Jethro Bradbrook was the Stingrays goaltender.  Very tight game, with Stingrays Chad Staunton eventually starting off the scoring late in the 1st period.  Second period saw Arctics Nekita Adriaens equalise with a bit over 6mins left in the period.  Arctics Nicholas Telenko would put the Arctics ahead a few seconds into the 3rd period, but Stingrays Dylan Smith wouldn’t have any of that and equaled the score again less than a minute later.  With 7:47 to play, Arctics Dante De Dominicis would score a go-ahead goal and that’s how the score remained.  Shots on goal for the period: Arctics 21 shots to Stingrays 10 shots.
